Get to Know the Opportunity:
The Sr Solutions Architect - Digital/Data Platforms (Azure & Databricks)is responsible for designing, developing, and governing enterprise-grade digital solutions that align with business strategy. This role blends deep technical expertise across digital, data, cloud, and AI architecture with strong product intuition, security awareness, and leadership.
You will play a critical role in ensuring digital initiatives are scalable, secure, ethical, and cost-efficient while being fully integrated into the broader enterprise ecosystem.
The Contributions You'll Make:
Digital & Enterprise Architecture
  • Define target-state digital architecture across application, data, integration, cloud, and security layers
  • Develop architecture roadmaps, technology blueprints, and modernization strategies
  • Lead API strategy, microservices architecture, and event-driven design

Data Architecture & Governance
  • Design and optimize data platforms including databases, data warehouses, and data lakes (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift)
  • Define and implement Master Data Management (MDM), data models, metadata, lineage, and governance frameworks
  • Ensure data quality, integrity, scalability, and compliance (e.g., PCI, PII)
Cloud Architecture & Platforms
  • Lead cloud architecture, build, and migration efforts across Azure, AWS, or GCP
  • Design landing zones, networking, IAM frameworks, and cost optimization strategies
  • Implement cloud-native solutions including serverless, containers, and microservices

Compensation Pay Disclosure:

The below annual base salary range reflects the expected hiring range(s) for this position in the location(s) listed. In addition to base salary, Voya may offer incentive opportunities (i.e., annual cash incentives, sales incentives, and/or long-term incentives) based on the role to reward the achievement of annual performance objectives. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Voya Financial is willing to pay at the time of this posting.

Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted salary range based upon the candidate's geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
