Job Title: Cisco Network Engineer ย 13ย  Years Expย 

Location: Albany, NY (Hybrid)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification ย 

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting LAN network infrastructure within large-scale enterprise environments supporting 1,000+ remote endpoints, including switches, routers, firewalls, and VPN devices. Skilled in network diagnostics using protocol analysis tools such as Wireshark and performing packet capture analysis to identify and resolve connectivity and performance issues.
  • Strong hands-on experience with enterprise networking technologies including DMVPN, IPSec, OSPF, BGP, and SD-WAN within large distributed Operational Technology (OT) network environments.
  • Proven experience supporting, configuring, and troubleshooting Cisco routers integrated with cellular modem connectivity for remote communication and failover operations.
  • Extensive experience working with Cisco networking hardware and Cisco IOS software in complex TCP/IP environments, including routing, NAT/port forwarding, VPN configuration, and network traffic management.
  • Hands-on experience deploying, configuring, and supporting wireless networking solutions from vendors such as Cisco, Ubiquiti, and Aruba Networks.
  • Demonstrated experience collaborating with business stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, design and implement technical solutions, work effectively within cross-functional teams of technical and non-technical personnel, manage shifting priorities, and facilitate communication between business users and technical teams.
  • Experience configuring, administering, and maintaining network infrastructure through centralized management platforms such as Cisco IoT Dashboard and Cisco Meraki, including firmware lifecycle management, device monitoring, and standardization of network configurations across enterprise environments.
