Job description

Data Analysis & Integration Coordinator

Location:14 S Ft Harrison Ave, Clearwater, FL

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, this is a hybrid role with up to two remote days a week

Be the "go to" tech expert driving smarter data, smoother integrations, and better tools across SAP S/4HANA, CIS, Cityworks, GIS, and more. In this role, you'll design insightful dashboards, streamline workflows, lead key tech projects, and partner with IT and business teams to deliver efficient, reliable systems. This role performs advanced technical work supporting the design, management, integration, and optimization of data systems and business applications within the Business & Customer Services Division. You will serve as the division's technical lead forsystem administration, systemintegrations, and enterprise data management initiatives while coordinating technical aspects of projects involving the Customer Information System (CIS),Cityworks, GIS,billing andpayment platforms, and other business applications.

This position provides technical leadership and subject matterexpertiseby collaborating with business units, Information Technology, vendors, consultants, municipalities, public agencies,and cross-functional project teams to ensure data integrity, system interoperability, and successful implementation of technology solutions. The person in this role evaluates business processes, manages technical guidelines, supports software tracking/upgrades, and recommends improvements that increase operational efficiency.This role serves as the division's lead technical resource for data management and systems integration projects but does not have direct supervisory responsibilities.

What Would You Do?

  • Develops complex datasets, dashboards/stories, queries, and reports to support operational decision making and strategic initiatives.

  • Serves as theBusiness & Customer Services Divisiontechnical lead for data architecture, ensuring data integrity, consistency, security, and long-term sustainability across enterprise systems.

  • Initiates, plans, coordinates, and oversees project assignments requiring advanced technicalexpertise.

  • Coordinates technical activities for projects involving SAP S/4HANA, Customer Information Systems (CIS),Cityworks, GIS, SharePoint, payment systems, and other enterprise applications.

  • Collaborates with Information Technology, vendors, consultants, and business stakeholderstoprovideimplementation support forsystems and systemintegrationswithin the division.

  • Performs data analysis, validation, cleansing, migration, and quality assurance activities to support business operations and technology initiatives.

  • Develops technical documentation including data models, process flows, system specifications, interface requirements, and standard operating procedures.

  • Researchesbusiness requirements and recommends technical solutions that improve workflows, automation, reporting capabilities, and customer service.

  • Participates in software implementation, testing, upgrades, configuration validation, and production support.

  • Leads technical workgroups and coordinates project activities while serving as the subject matter expert for assigned systems and data initiatives.

  • Provides technical guidance and training to department personnel on systems, reporting tools, and data management best practices.

  • Researchesemerging technologies andrecommendsimprovements that enhance business processes, system performance, and operational efficiency.

  • Assistswith planning and coordinating technology projects whilemonitoringmilestones, deliverables, and implementation schedules.

  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

What Do you Need To Have?

Experience

  • Minimum ofthree (3) years of professional experience in enterprise data management,systemadministrationand data analytics.

  • Experience with ERP systems (i.e., SAP S/4 HANA or equivalent).

  • Experience coordinating technical projects and working with cross-functional teams.

  • Experience with system integration, data migration, and business process analysis.

  • Degree: Information Technology,Data Science, Computer Science, or subjectdirectly relatedto the assignments listedherein.

  • 8 years of experience as described above or a combinationof the following:

  • Associates degree, and 6 years of experienceas describedabove..

  • Bachelordegree, and 4 years of experienceas describedabove..

  • Mastersdegree, and 2 years of experience as described above.

  • An equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience.

Highly Desirable

  • Experience withSAP S/4HANA(highly preferred).

  • Experience with enterprise system integration and interface development.

  • Experience designing anddeveloping data models.

  • Knowledge of SQL, reporting tools, and data analytics.

  • Experience with Customer Information Systems (CIS),asset management systems, GIS, SharePoint,billingand payment systems.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience developing technical documentation and data governance standards.

  • Ability to lead technical initiatives and coordinate project teams without direct supervisory authority.
