JOB SUMMARY

Duties vary within production. Duties include but not limited to opening meat, de-boxing, carrying boxes, moving product through production area. Manuel transfer of meat, moving equipment, making boxes, possible operation of basic processing equipment. May include some basic sanitation duties.
