The Role

Jetvia is looking for a Cirrus SR22 Pilot based near Titusville, FL. Your responsibility will be to support Jetvia's fleet by rapidly transporting people and parts to AOG aircraft across the Southeastern United States. Your job is to be airborne within 60 minutes of the first call. On peak days, you will be expected to be stationed at our facility at TIX airport, ready to respond at a moment's notice.  

This position is for a pilot who wants to fly 50-100+ hours per month.

Career Progression

This position will guarantee a pathway to the right seat in the world's largest Learjet fleet. Upon reaching 500 hours with Jetvia, you will be guaranteed a transition to an SIC role on the Learjet 60 at Jetvia. 

Qualifications

Required

  • Live or relocate to be within 30 minutes of TIX Airport
  • First-class medical certificate.
  • Minimum 500 hours total time.
  • Well organized and detail-oriented with an ability to multitask.
  • Excellent time management and customer relation skills.

Preferred 

  • Experience with Florida Weather
  • Experience with Bahamas Flying
  • Previous Cirrus Experience / CSIP Endorsement 
  • 1,000 Hours TT

Training

Jetvia will provide world-class Cirrus Transition Training at its expense. 

Position Responsibilities 

  • Conducts flight planning, reviews weather conditions at destination, en route, and at alternate airports.
  • Calculates and reviews aircraft weight and balance, fuel planning, and performance data.
  • Ensures pre-flight inspections are performed.
  • Serves as Pilot in Command 
  • Complies with schedules and other directives governing aircraft operation.
  • Supervises and directs the first officer.
  • Coordinates and monitors the functions of all assigned crew members.
  • Represents Jetvia when dealing with executive clients and other charter operators.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
