Opportunity Highlights
  • Schedule/Shift: Monday-Friday 6AM-3PM
  • 40-50 hours/week; OT pay over 40
  • $30-$38/hr based on experience
  • $1,500 Retention Bonus

What will you do? Make an impact!
As a Maintenance Mechanic at Tradebe, you'll play a key role in keeping our plant equipment running safely and efficiently. This is a hands-on industrial maintenance role where you'll work with mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. If you enjoy problem-solving, working with your hands, and being part of a team that keeps operations moving, this is a great opportunity to build your skills and grow your career.
Key Job Responsibilities
  • Inspect, maintain, and repair plant equipment and systems
  • Troubleshoot and service mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components
  • Assemble, disassemble, install, clean, and lubricate parts such as bearings, gears, and pulleys
  • Perform light welding, grinding, and fabrication work (if qualified)
  • Complete work orders, recording repairs and materials used
  • Operate lift trucks and powered lifts when needed
  • Assist with daily equipment inspections and promote safe operations
  • Other duties as assigned

Do you have what it takes?
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous industrial maintenance experience
  • Experience in a wastewater treatment plant preferred
  • Must be able to work independently
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to work outdoors in a physically active plant setting, including elevated positions
  • Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills
