About the Role:

We are seeking a developer-focused ERP Systems Administrator with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. This role is primarily responsible for developing, customizing, and enhancing Business Central and related systems (e.g., CieTrade, AMCS’s SAI, PC Scales) to support our growing organization.

The ideal candidate is a developer first, with the functional knowledge needed to collaborate with teams across finance, logistics, procurement, and purchasing, and translate business needs into technical solutions. This role will also provide user support across key Business Central modules, including Continia, Multi-Entity Management, AR, AP, Projects, and Fixed Assets.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement customized solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central using AL code, ensuring functionality aligns with business needs.
  • Integrate Business Central with third-party applications and services using APIs, and collaborate with IT to ensure seamless deployment, configuration, and ongoing support.
  • Partner with end-users to streamline processes, enhance data integrity, and optimize module usage across AR, AP, Projects, and Fixed Assets.
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues related to system functionality, workflows, and reporting while serving as a primary point of contact for user inquiries and issue resolution.
  • Develop and deliver user training programs, guides, and documentation to support new and existing users, and stay current on Business Central updates to incorporate relevant system enhancements.
  • Leverage SQL Server knowledge and utilize Azure services to support database management and cloud-based solutions.
  • Apply project management and agile methodologies to ensure efficient system implementation, enhancement, and support.
  • Design and build Power Apps to automate workflows and improve user experience.
  • Contribute to developing and enhancing technology stacks across business entities,

Minimum Job Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of professional experience
  • Greater than 3 years’ experience working in Microsoft Business Central
  • Ability to develop solutions for Business Central in AL code
