Overview of Position:
The Concierge Professional offers white glove customer service to our client; WellStar Health, via face-to-face interaction, email and phone. You will provide prompt, courteous and customer-oriented service to WellStar Health employees. You will assist our client with a wide range of services from travel planning, providing gift suggestions to product research and much more. You will also be responsible for fielding and fulfilling personal errand requests from employees, such as shopping, product returns, and more. Position requires travel in the assigned city and surrounding areas.

Qualified candidates will have excellent customer service skills, attention to detail and be highly organized. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of local businesses and travel options. Experience in luxury hotels, hospitality or the travel industry is preferred.

This is a full-time position offering 40 hours per week and a Monday through Friday schedule!

Compensation is hourly at $20 per hour.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide uncompromising service to WellStar employees by arranging personal and convenience services
  • Local errand running surrounding Wellstar Health locations
  • Order food from local restaurants for delivery
  • Order flowers and gifts
  • Provide driving directions and print maps
  • Research local hotel suggestions and make transportation arrangements
  • Eligible to become a Notary Public for the State of Georgia
  • Project an approachable and professional image at all times
  • Promote meaningful relationships through engaging and informed conversation with employees via face to face interaction, phone and email
  • Track accomplishments and challenges, constantly evaluating the service levels and reports to manager
  • Maintain a general understanding of events occurring on the properties
  • Respond to employee requests in a professional, courteous and timely manner, without exception
  • Maintain a clean and organized working environment
  • Able to adapt to schedule changes as needed to ensure appropriate staffing of desk

Education/ Certification: HS Diploma or GED required

Experience Required/Preferred:

  • 2 years of customer service experience; prior front desk, concierge, or other hospitality experience strongly preferred
  • Reliable transportation for local errand running (mileage is reimbursed)
  • Valid driverโ€™s License and clean driving record
  • Knowledge of MS office, Microsoft Word, Internet searching, and keyboarding
  • Strong verbal and written communication and organizational skills as well as the proven ability to provide quality service in a fast-paced environment
  • Vaccinations are required and must be up to date (including Covid)
  • Annual flu vaccination is required
