Job description

  • Program Manager with experience of running implementing and reporting across large scale multiple projects simultaneously running in parallel Scrum Masters running one project will not fit this role
  • Experience with Managing large IT Programs in Retirements domain
  • Managing Senior level client stakeholders CIO CIO 1 Director and the likes on a Daily basis
  • Reporting on a daily basis to CIO CIO1 Director level client stakeholders after obtaining project level updates from individual Scrum Masters PMs
  • Ability to own and create overarching Program Plan with multiple inflight Projects
  • Must have strong technology background preferably in Java technologies
  • Well versed with Program and Project Management activities Seasoned Program Manager
  • Strong Stakeholder management and communication skills are a MUST Candidate will not survive this role without this skillset
  • Experience of complete project life cycle implementation experience across Analysis design development and production rollout
  • Experience of managing Agile Scrum based project delivery is a must
  • Experience and knowledge of Capital Markets will be a Plus
