Are you an experienced financial leader looking for an opportunity to combine strategic financial leadership with meaningful global impact?Join the International Crane Foundation (ICF) and be part of a global non-profit organization dedicated to protecting cranes and the ecosystems, watersheds, and landscapes they call home. Our global headquarters is located in Baraboo, WI, located on 250 acres and surrounded by beautiful restored native prairies. We are seeking an experienced and mission-driven Chief Financial Officer to provide leadership for global financial management, planning, compliance, and stewardship across ICF's international programs and operations to support our conservation goals.This full-time position offers a starting annual salary between $140,000 - 150,000. Additionally, you will have access to our comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, 401(k) with employer contributions, generous paid time off, and additional perks designed to support work-life balance and well-being. The CFO serves as a key strategic advisor to the CEO, Senior Leadership Team, and Board of Directors, leading financial strategy, long-range financial planning, enterprise risk management, internal controls, treasury management, financial compliance, and organizational stability. You will lead and mentor a talented international finance team that supports operations in the United States, Africa, and Asia, ensuring financial practices remain effective, compliant, and aligned with organizational goals.To be successful in this role, you must be a collaborative and forward-thinking leader with strong expertise in nonprofit financial management, strategic planning, and organizational governance.
