About the Job You're Considering

The Strategy and Transformation consultant supports Capgemini clients to innovate and develop new strategies, services and products. He/she designs and implements new business and operating models and brings to life the organizations of the future. He/she develops customer insights, organizational knowledge and market perspectives.

As AI reshapes how organizations operate, compete, and create value, we are evolving our consulting model to be AI-enabled by design - augmenting human judgment with analytics, automation, and generative AI. Our Enterprise Transformation team is looking for consultants who are not only strong problem solvers, but who are excited to work differently in an AI-first world: curious, adaptable, and ready to help clients reimagine how work gets done.

You'll join the Business Technology (BT) team, whose mission is to align directly with the CIO agenda and help organizations shape large-scale technology transformations. BT focuses on strategy-led work supporting clients as they make major enterprise technology investments and define multi-year transformation roadmaps.

The work is centered on platform strategy, IT and AI operating models, and enterprise transformation-projects that are often board-facing, business-critical, and require strong integration between business strategy and technology decisions. BT is actively growing its capabilities in cloud strategy, AI architecture, and CIO advisory, with an emphasis on innovation, AI enablement, and modern operating models.

Your Role

He or she is responsible for the completion of a small or medium sized project can lead a team. He or she develops a reputation for its specific domain expertise internally and stats to develop market visibility. He or she is involved in training delivery to share knowledge in the organization.

As a Management Consultant, you will work with senior executives to shape enterprise strategies and lead highimpact transformation initiatives. The role blends structured problemsolving, client leadership, and handson delivery, with a growing focus on applying AI and datadriven insights to improve business outcomes.

  • Lead end-to-end CIO advisory engagements (scope, plan, delivery, outcomes)
  • Own platform strategy and IT operating model design across complex environments
  • Run executive workshops and align business and technology leaders on tradeoffs
  • Drive portfolio-level transformation planning (dependencies, sequencing, value realization)
  • Support large pursuits through shaping, proposals, and executive storyline development
  • Mentor teams and build capability through structured coaching
Your Skills + Experience

You bring strong AI literacy, including core AI and generative AI concepts, and understand how these capabilities apply to enterprise transformation. You are able to identify and support AIenabled opportunities that improve business outcomes and delivery effectiveness, and you have experience working in AIaugmented ways of working to enhance research, analysis, and solution development. You collaborate effectively across strategy, technology, data, and design to enable AIdriven solutions, with a solid understanding of responsible AI principles such as ethics, privacy, security, and governance. You demonstrate curiosity and a continuous learning mindset around emerging AI capabilities and their practical application in client environments.

Required Experience

  • 8-10+ years consulting or equivalent leadership in enterprise tech transformation
  • Depth in enterprise architecture, platform strategy, and operating model design
  • Strong executive presence and decision-driving facilitation skills
  • Proven collaborative selling capability and comfort supporting business development
  • Ability to lead teams and deliver outcomes under ambiguity and political complexity
  • Strong communication, analytical thinking, and pragmatic delivery orientation

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $127,500- $249,350

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
