Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in health benefits or client managementexperience managing large accounts is highly preferred

  • Proven ability to manage and grow client relationships, particularly with clientshaving 500+ employees

  • Experience in sales, marketing, underwriting, or operations is preferred.
