Registered Nurses at Cigna often work in telehealth or case management roles, which can present unique challenges such as managing high caseloads, effectively communicating with patients remotely, and staying up-to-date with evolving healthcare policies. Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams and participating in peer support networks also help nurses adapt and excel in this dynamic environment.
