Summary:
This hands-on contract role offers growth potential in an innovative environment focused on high-quality machining processes and precision products.
Ability to obtain Secret Clearance
Operate precision machine tools to produce original parts and components
Assemble electronic components and sub-assemblies per work instructions and drawings
Read and interpret engineering drawings and work instructions
Set up cutting tools, adjust machine settings, and monitor machining processes
Perform routine machine maintenance and accurate data entry
Collaborate with team members to drive continuous improvement
Interim clearance process begins at offer stage
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required
Basic computer and math skills
Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with machine operations
Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of ESD procedures is a plus
Strong work ethic, reliability, and eagerness to learn
