Cigarette Packing Instructor 

In this role you will support the development and performance of cigarette packing operations by delivering hands-on technical support and highquality training to factory personnel. You will work closely with local factory teams on machinery, quality, and safety initiatives, while contributing to continuous improvement projects and the long-term development of technical capabilities across the organization. 

 
Position:  

As a Cigarette Packing Instructor, you will: 

  • Provide technical support for cigarette packing operations, focusing on machinery performance, product quality, and safety improvement 

  • Deliver on-the-job and classroom technical training for factory staff, using standardized training methodologies 

  • Support technical projects such as equipment relocation, conversion, commissioning, and process optimization 

  • Conduct technical skills assessments, analyze results, and prepare clear and timely reports 

  • Develop and update training materials, technical documentation, and Training Needs Analysis based on employee progress 

  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards while maintaining equipment in proper operational condition 

Requirements:  

  • Vocational High School education; higher technical or teaching education is an advantage 

  • At least 5 years of experience in the tobacco industry, with strong knowledge of cigarette packing equipment 

  • Understanding of technical training methodologies and training delivery 

  • Minimum pre-intermediate English skills; higher proficiency is considered an advantage 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 

  • Availability for business travel for a minimum of 60% of working time 

  • Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with global teams
