We are hiring a Strategic Growth Consultant who blends consulting, product thinking, and solution shaping to help enterprise clients identify and define transformation opportunities.

This role is ideal for professionals from Product, Business Analysis, Service Design, or Technology Consulting backgrounds who want to move closer to executive clients, solution shaping, and strategic growth.

You will work directly with senior stakeholders to uncover business challenges, structure opportunities, and guide clients toward meaningful transformation initiatives.

Client Discovery & Problem Framing
  • Engage with CIOs, CTOs, Heads of Product, Data, and Digital
  • Lead structured discovery conversations to understand business challenges and goals
  • Translate ambiguous problems into clearly defined opportunity areas
  • Identify where digital, data, AI, cloud, and modernization can create impact
Solution Shaping & Value Definition
  • Collaborate with architects, designers, and engineering teams to shape solutions

Who you are

  • 6–10 years in Product, Business Analysis, Service Design, Consulting, or Solution roles
  • Experience working with enterprise clients and senior stakeholders
