Job description

Job Title: Campus Production Associate

Ministry/Department: Production

Reports to: Campus Pastor

Status: Part-time, non-exempt

Supervisory Role: No

Objective

To support campus production efforts in creating a distraction-free worship environment where all people can discover and deepen a relationship with Jesus Christ.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain an authentic and growing walk with Jesus Christ through the ongoing spiritual disciplines of Bible reading, prayer, personal worship, fasting, confession and fellowship
  • Support the worship gatherings team and campus staff in executing weekly worship services and key ministry events with excellence
  • Program operate and execute audio, video and lighting elements for weekend services and ministry events (as assigned)
  • Prepare and maintain the stage, production booth and backstage areas for services, rehearsals and ministry events
  • Support rehearsals and run-throughs by preparing production elements that contribute to a smooth worship experience
  • Assist with recruiting, training and developing serve staff—providing onboarding, role-specific coaching and ongoing spiritual and practical growth opportunities
  • Coordinate and support production serve teams during weekend gatherings and assigned ministry events
  • Operate production systems, including audio, lighting, media, cameras and presentation software during services and events
  • Troubleshoot production system issues and help maintain production equipment, software and technical systems to ensure reliable operation
  • Maintain Planning Center Online (PCO) service plans, schedules and needed assets for assigned campus
  • Communicate weekly service vision clearly to serve staff and model The Church of Eleven22® values, fostering a culture of spiritual growth, ownership and excellence
  • Collaborate with worship, production and campus staff to ensure smooth service flow and transitions
  • Participate in team meetings, one-on-ones, trainings and campus gatherings as directed

Education and Experience

  • Experience supporting live production, worship production or event production preferred
Expected Hours of Work

Work Hours Expectations: 26–29 hours.

Sunday through Thursday; hours may vary based on ministry needs and include working full weekends as required.

The church has several big events (“All-Skates”) throughout the year to help further the mission of Eleven22. These events are mandatory for all staff to be in attendance and may vary, depending on the vision cast for the current year.

Work Environment/physical demands

This role operates in office, stage and tech booth environments and involves regular work around lighting, audio and video equipment during services, rehearsals, midweek gatherings and special events. The position is active and requires standing, walking, bending and assisting with staging and technical setup. The ability to lift and transport equipment up to 50 pounds and use basic tools is required. The role includes exposure to elevated sound levels and stage lighting, occasional long or irregular hours including weekends and events
