The average time commitment for Image Church apprentices will be 40 hours per week. Apprentices are encouraged to take two days off each week to rest and recharge.

Character and Personal Development: 3-6 hours per week

  • Apprentices will participate in spiritual disciplines, mentorship, and accountability partnerships to focus on personal growth and Christlike character development.

Theological Development: 5-7 hours per week

  • Apprentices will engage in theological studies, biblical literacy training, and structured discussions on core doctrinal beliefs, using texts like The Story of Scripture and Dominion and Dynasty.

Staff Meetings and Training: 2-3 hours per week

  • Apprentices will join weekly staff meetings, participate in leadership training, and engage in discussions with church leaders on ministry practices and vision.

Professional Development: 2-4 hours per week

  • Opportunities for growth in practical ministry skills will be provided through seminars, workshops, and leadership training with key staff members.

Ministry-Specific Track: 15-20 hours per week

  • Apprentices will focus on a specialized ministry area, such as children's ministry, worship, student ministry, or church operations, developing hands-on skills and leadership experience in their track.

Administrative Responsibilities & Support Raising: 1-2 hours per week

  • Apprentices will assist with administrative tasks, logistical planning, and learn support-raising techniques for ministry sustainability.

Sunday Services: 7 hours per week

  • Apprentices will serve across various ministries during Sunday services, such as greeting, setup, worship, or children's ministry, providing key support for the church's weekly gathering.'
