More than a technical expert, this leader is responsible for building and developing healthy, thriving teams that create distraction-free worship experiences where people can encounter God. Working closely with campus and global leadership, the Tech Director recruits, coaches, and equips volunteers while ensuring operational excellence and alignment with Faith Church’s vision, culture, and ministry philosophy.
