- Foster a positive, inclusive environment aligned with Catholic values and teachings

- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children's progress and daily activities

- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment in compliance with health and safety regulations

- Support children's individual needs and encourage respectful interactions among peers

- Assist with meal times, nap times, and other daily routines

  • Respect for and understanding of Catholic values and teachings.
  • Certification in CPR and First Aid required or willingness to obtain.
  • Reliable, patient, and nurturing demeanor.
  • Additional childcare certifications are a plus.
  • Must maintain compliance with the Diocese of Austin Ethics and Integrity in Ministry (EIM) policies throughout the employment period.

Working Conditions:

All employees of the Parish are engaged in ministry and closely tied to the Pastor in the exercise of his ministry and obligations to the church.

The Parish is an at-will employer.

Working in a fast-paced environment with priorities and plans that may change rapidly.

Working on weekends, evenings, and some holidays may be required.

Will be exposed to religious ceremonies, conduct, and speech, including Roman Catholic Christian prayer and liturgical celebrations.

Will be required to adhere to established dress codes and conduct standards.

We offer a supportive, faith-based work environment that values growth, compassion, and community. Join us in making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and their families while developing your career in early childhood education.
