You are both a concept leader and a practitioner - able to think strategically at a high level while also coaching best practices in care and counseling. You are capable of designing and scaling pathways that help people move from brokenness to wholeness. You have experience multiplying a system, ministry or business for increased impact. You thrive developing people, multiplying leaders and creating structures that sustain long-term impact. You lead with emotional intelligence and strong organizational instinct.
What you'll do:
  • Develop and lead a comprehensive strategy that integrates support groups, pastoral care, and counseling centers into a unified pathway for care
  • Evaluate and refine the scope of care ministries (support groups, recovery groups, counseling centers) to ensure clarity, accessibility and effectiveness
  • Build and scale systems, structures and processes that support growth across all campuses
  • Supervise the Regional Support Group Pastors and the Counseling Center Director by providing vision and leadership
  • Ensure ministries are aligned with overall church discipleship strategy
  • Uphold a standard of excellence in confidentiality, care standards and ethical ministry environments
  • Establish and monitor key metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of care, recovery, and counseling ministries
  • Communicate vision and ministry plans in staff meetings and leadership environments
  • Participate in staff meetings and church-wide initiatives

Skills & Experience you've had:
  • Bachelor's degree in ministry, counseling or related field. Master's or Doctorate degree preferred
  • Strong biblical knowledge and ability to integrate faith into care ministry
  • Previous experience leading teams and scaling systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds and experiences
  • Experience managing multiple budgets and programs simultaneously
  • Maintains personal and professional integrity, high moral standards, and strict confidentiality
