Contract Clinical Supervisor Job Description:
Mission Statement:
The Grace Church Supervised Counseling Practicum Program exists to provide graduate counseling students with high-quality clinical training in a Christ-centered ministry environment while extending compassionate, supervised care to individuals connected with Grace Church. The program supports Grace's existing care ministries through temporary educational placements under licensed clinical supervision and is not intended to function as a permanent professional counseling practice.

Clinical Supervision:
The Clinical Supervisor will provide clinical supervision for the counseling practicum intern in accordance with applicable university requirements and professional standards. The supervisor will be responsible for providing appropriate oversight, guidance, feedback, and support throughout the student's practicum experience and will complete any required supervision documentation and evaluations.
Contractor Status:
This is a paid, independent contractor position. The Clinical Supervisor will provide services on a contracted basis and will be responsible for fulfilling the agreed-upon clinical supervision responsibilities for the practicum intern.
Internship Sites:
The practicum intern's hours will be completed at both Grace Church of Arvada and Forge Christian High School. The Clinical Supervisor will provide supervision for the intern's practicum experience remotely or across these locations, as applicable.
