Classic Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM - Pineville is seeking an experienced Parts Manager to lead our parts department in Pineville, NC. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation and management of all parts inventory, ordering, and customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a dedication to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of the parts department, including inventory control, ordering, receiving, and distribution.
  • Lead, train, and motivate parts staff to achieve departmental goals and maintain high levels of customer service.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery and best pricing.
  • Ensure accurate parts pricing, billing, and warranty processing.
  • Maintain an organized and efficient parts department that supports the service and sales operations.
  • Analyze sales and inventory reports to optimize stock levels and reduce excess inventory.
