The work usually involves shift schedules and may require overtime, physical labor, and adherence to safety protocols.

Teams are usually organized in small groups within larger departments, fostering strong collaboration and communication. You’ll work closely with team leads and other hourly employees to meet production targets while adhering to safety and quality standards. The environment is fast-paced and requires attention to detail, but many find the camaraderie and support among colleagues to be rewarding.
