The position is onsite at our Rehabilitation Center located in Avenel, New Jersey. Here, Physical Therapists work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team that includes occupational therapists, nurses, and physicians to ensure holistic patient care. The clinic is designed with modern facilities that facilitate effective rehabilitation and therapy practices.

• Conduct thorough evaluations of orthopedic patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, or chronic conditions.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that incorporate various therapeutic modalities such as exercise programs, manual therapy techniques, and advanced equipment.
• Monitor patient progress against established goals, tracking outcomes meticulously to refine treatment approaches as necessary.
• Collaborate closely with patients and their families, providing education on rehabilitation processes and coaching them on self-management strategies.
• Assess and recommend necessary assistive devices, ensuring patients understand their correct usage and maintenance.
• Stay current with evidence-based practices by attending professional workshops and conferences.
• Document patient interactions and treatment protocols accurately, maintaining compliance with HIPAA and clinic policies.

Our clinic caters to a diverse range of patients, primarily focusing on those dealing with chronic pain and orthopedic issues stemming from injuries, surgeries, or degenerative diseases. • Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy, with an emphasis on Orthopedic Rehabilitation.
• Current State License in Physical Therapy.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, essential for explaining complex rehabilitation concepts to patients and team collaboration.
• Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and basic computer literacy for documentation.
• A flexible, adaptable approach to patient care, tailored to individual needs and varied conditions.
• While previous experience is beneficial, newly graduated therapists with a passion for orthopedic care are encouraged to apply.

• Experience in orthopedic outpatient therapy settings.
• Familiarity with specific therapeutic modalities and treatment plans for orthopedic populations.
• Background in functional movement assessments and evidence-based practice protocols.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, in addition to a comprehensive benefits package that promotes health and wellness. Benefits include:
