  • Keep job sites clean, organized, and professional
  • Remove and organize lighting displays after the holiday season
  • Work closely with your crew leader to complete jobs efficiently and safely

  • Are comfortable with ladders and heights
  • Are physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs
  • Have a strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Can follow instructions and work as part of a team
  • Care about doing high-quality work
  • Have reliable transportation to and from work

Previous experience in construction, roofing, landscaping, window cleaning, pressure washing, electrical work, painting, or other outdoor trades is a plus.
Schedule
This is a seasonal position, with the busiest period running approximately October through December, followed by lighting removals in January.
During peak season, overtime and longer days may be available. Applicants should have flexibility during November and December, when demand is highest.
Compensation
Competitive hourly pay based on experience and position
Opportunities are available to earn more as you develop into a Van Lead / Crew Leader and take on additional responsibility.
Why Work at Shine?
Shine is a growing exterior cleaning and holiday lighting company serving customers throughout Greater Cincinnati. We want this to be more than just another seasonal job.
You'll receive:
  • Paid, hands-on training
  • A team-oriented work environment
  • Opportunities for overtime during peak season
  • Opportunities to advance into crew leadership
  • Potential year-round employment with Shine
  • Experience installing high-end residential and commercial lighting displays
  • A company that rewards reliability, performance, and leadership
