Job description

Seeking an experienced, results-driven Sales Manager to lead our energetic team in our northwest Houston office. This position requires a highly organized individual to provide information on our various travel itineraries for our travelers. We are looking for someone who can lead the sales team and guide them through the planning stages and create exceptional travel experience from start to finish, while prioritizing customer care and company profitability.
Qualifications:

·         Someone passionate about transforming sales and service, whose values align with Nativity Pilgrimage.

·         High emotional intelligence, have genuine empathy for others and maximize your impact through understanding the motivations of your team. Can adapt your communication accordingly.

·         Highly motivated, determined and goal driven with an aptitude for negotiation and persuasion.

·         Must have a proven track record of leading and empowering groups towards driving improvement. While navigating change and simultaneously winning. Able to create a culture of transparency and focus on improvement while having fun and fostering a strong team.

·         Committed to overachieving. Have a “never quit” attitude.

·         Ability to communicate using data to improve sales and customer relations.

·         Someone who is accountable has honest, transparent and authentic communications with the sales team. You not only motivate individuals, but a team towards a collective vision and manifest a “team” atmosphere.

Requirements:

·         Familiarity with international travel and geography.

·         Excellent customer service skills, both verbal and written, in English.

·         Minimum three (3) years of sales management experience.

·         Degree is highly desirable but not required.

·         Excellent time management skills.

·         Ability to train and mentor new and existing sales team members.

·         Proven track record in a sales environment.

·         Expert in time management, computer skills and personal organization.

·         Coordinate with tour leaders and/or church officials with a high level of     

      professionalism.

·         Effectively meet goals and deadlines.

·         Create new sales leads.
