Position Summary
California Baptist University's School of Christian Ministries invites applicants for a part-time Teaching Assistant position in the areas of Christian Studies, Intercultural Studies, and Philosophy.
Pay Range
Qualifications
Current CBU students (juniors or seniors) are preferred, although candidates with relevant degrees (bachelor's, master's, doctorate) will be considered. Candidates must embrace the mission of California Baptist University and demonstrate a clear understanding of, and commitment to, excellence in teaching through the integration of the Christian faith and learning.
Teaching Responsibilities
This position involves teaching assistant responsibilities in undergraduate areas of disciplines within the School of Christian Ministries. Strong candidates will demonstrate exceptional written communication skills, timeliness in responding to student questions and submission of grades, and the flexibility to assist in an online and/or hybrid setting.
