Job Description: Certified Nursing Assistant, (CNA,) Personal Care Assistant (PCA), or Home Health Aide (HHA)We have clients requesting help for all shifts, including Full-Time, Part-Time, and weekends.
We pride ourselves on offering a rewarding work environment with various benefits including competitive compensation, monthly incentives, flexible shifts and paid mileage.
Responsibilities:• Personal care - assist clients with the activities of daily living and personal hygiene such as bathing, dressing, etc.
• Companionship care - visiting with the client, reading with them, or listening to music, etc.
• Light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Help clients complete physical therapy and other recommended exercises
• Transportation and errands
• Implement plans of care
• Communicate with (and support) clients and your team members
• Adaptable to clients needs and scheduling changes
Locations: Raleigh NC and the Triangle NC
Qualifications:• Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen
• Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance
• Clean driving record
• Access to email and a smart phone/mobile device
• Must understand and respect client ethics and confidentiality of care
Preferred Qualifications:• Active CNA Certification in North Carolina
• 3 years of experience as a caregiver
