The Pillars blends faith-based values with evidence-based curriculum, nurturing the whole child—academically, socially, and spiritually. Families trust The Pillars to provide a safe, loving, and enriching environment where children thrive.

Our Mission: Deliver a high-quality early childhood education program, helping students successfully reach important developmental, emotional, and academic milestones — all while instilling strong character and a lasting foundation of Christian faith.

  • Partner with families to ensure smooth daily transitions and open communication
  • Promote healthy habits like hygiene, nutrition, and self-care

At The Pillars, we believe our team members are the true foundation of our success. You’ll join a team that feels more like family, with strong community support and the resources of a larger network behind you. We are proud to be recognized not only for our exceptional programs but also as a “Best Place for Working Parents.” Working here means growing your career, impacting children’s lives, and being celebrated for your contributions.
