Support Teacher (Full-Time)

NCS Early Learning Village (Infants-Twos)

NCS Early Learning Village is seeking a dedicated full-time Support Teacher to assist with classroom coverage during lunch and nap times, as well as provide daily support to teachers. This role helps ensure a safe, nurturing, and engaging Christian learning environment for young children.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting classroom teachers and providing break coverage

  • Supervising children to ensure safety and well-being

  • Assisting with hygiene needs (diapering, toileting, handwashing, meals)

  • Maintaining health, safety, and cleanliness standards

  • Supporting children’s physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual development

  • Following the Tennessee Department of Education child care regulations

Qualifications:

  • Must be 21 years or older

  • High school diploma required (Bachelor’s preferred)

  • Experience working with children preferred

  • Ability to meet the physical and supervision requirements of child care providers
