Together as one faith-based credit union, we're committed to practical banking that helps you live out your values and make a lasting Kingdom impact.

Role Overview

As VP/Strategic Partnerships, you will shape AdelFiโ€™s Digital Banking partnership strategy to accelerate consumer membership growth and measurable Kingdom impact. Youโ€™ll set and execute the national roadmap for Strategic Partnerships, including relationship development, engagement programs, and strategic philanthropy; align cross-functional teams on partner-driven products, services, events, and campaigns; and use CRM, analytics, and digital marketing platforms to evaluate performance and guide Business Development and Sales priorities.
Required qualifications/skills:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree in business or related field (masterโ€™s strongly preferred)
- 7+ years leading external business development, strategic partnerships, sales, or related work
- Proficiency with CRM systems, analytical tools, digital marketing platforms, and Microsoft Office
- Strong data-driven decision-making and executive communication
- Able to work Hybrid from San Dimas, CA, Monday-Friday (flexible full-time hours), and travel up to 50% and thrive in a fast-paced environment

A Typical Day

The VP/Strategic Partnerships is responsible for setting the direction of AdelFi's strategic partnerships, national engagement and strategic philanthropy. The VP, as the face of our Christian brand to external companies, implements initiatives that promote objectives of strategic relationships including new member growth specifically with consumer membership. This leadership position oversees development and implementation of products, services, events, and programs supporting partnerships and engagement strategies across AdelFi.

Benefits
