Arrow Christian Preschool is a Christ-centered early childhood program dedicated to nurturing the spiritual, emotional, and educational development of young children in a loving and supportive environment.
Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team. In this role, you will work in a Christ-centered environment, following and teaching The Experience Curriculum. The ideal candidate has a genuine love for children, strong communication skills, and a passion for early childhood education.
Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and teach The Experience Curriculum effectively
  • Foster a nurturing, Christ-centered classroom environment
  • Support childrenโ€™s social, emotional, spiritual, and academic growth
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with parents, staff, and administration
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom
Qualifications

  • Associateโ€™s (AAS) or Bachelorโ€™s (BS) degree in Child Development, Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in early childhood education
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated love and care for young children
Compensation

  • Pay Rate: $19โ€“$21 per hour (based on education and experience)
