JOB SUMMARY FOR FOOD RUNNER

Are you an experienced Food Runner looking to join a very successful restaurant company and grow your career? Prime Hospitality Group (PHG) is looking for a Food Runner to join the Bin 23 Bistro Team. Food Runners assist the kitchen and service staff to maintain the highest level of food quality, presentation, and timing to optimize our guests' dining experience.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES FOR FOOD RUNNER

  • Reads order tickets as they arrive and place onto ticket minder.  Tracks cooking times on all orders, checks finished product for proper degree of doneness, appearance and plate presentation.
  • Coordinates and communicates with the broil and pantry stations to correctly time and serve \hot and cold\ items to the guest.
  • Completes all side work in the front and/or back of the house as assigned and scheduled by the members of the management team.

JOB REQUIRMENTS FOR FOOD RUNNER

  • Minimum of 6 months of restaurant experience, preferred
  • State certified in food handling procedures
  • Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
