Job description

Operate radio consoles for three area offices, resident posts, and commercial vehicle facilities. Answer 9-1-1 calls and takes appropriate action by creating a Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) log and routing to the radio dispatcher or transferring to the appropriate allied agency. Assist allied agencies and the public using the Vesta Telephone System. Enters vehicles, persons, and property in automated computer systems.
