Pay Range: $24.50- $26.50

SUMMARY

Price Chopper Supermarkets through its Retail Management Academy (RMA) prepares associates for Store Management positions. Level of entry into the RMA is determined by your assessed experience and specific educational background. Most individuals enter the program at level 1. The two levels are: Level 1 - Department Manager Entry - You will receive up to 17 weeks of training and operate for 6 months as a Department Manager in one of our stores. Level 2 - Co-Manager Entry - You will receive up to 31 weeks of training. You will be assigned as a Co-Manager upon completion of your training. *All trainees MUST pass all assessments during training and upon completion of level 1 and level 2.

**Placement will be based on the needs of the company. ***Must be willing/able to relocate to any Price Chopper operating area.ย 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Complete all requirements of the training program (both on-the-job and classroom) within prescribed timeframes. Maintain a high level of customer courtesy at all times. Adhere to all corporate policies and procedures. Other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Satisfactory performance reviews. Possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Must be willing/able to relocate to any Price Chopper operating area. 2 year degree from an accredited college in the United States or actively enrolled in college - pursuing an accredited college degree. Ability to learn and apply knowledge at an accelerated pace. Any final candidate who is offered the position will be required to complete a pre-employment background check and alcohol/drug screening before starting work in the position

2 year degree from an accredited college in the United States or actively enrolled in college - pursuing an accredited college degree.
