Estamos buscando un Chofer para unirse a nuestro equipo en Independent Living Systems (ILS). ILS, junto con sus planes de salud afiliados conocidos como Florida Community Care y Florida Complete Care, está comprometido con promover una mejor calidad de vida y maximizar la independencia de poblaciones vulnerables.

Acerca del puesto:

La posición de Chofer es esencial para la conducción segura y eficiente y la entrega de diversos productos (comidas, equipos, mercancía, suministros, etc.) a las ubicaciones de nuestros miemebros según una ruta asignada. Utilizando una actitud positiva y amable, el Chofer establece relaciones con cada cliente y se familiariza con las operaciones diarias para satisfacer sus necesidades y expectativas.

Calificaciones mínimas:

  • Diploma de escuela secundaria (High School) o GED.
  • Licencia de conducir válida del estado de Florida (FL).
  • De 1 a 2 años de experiencia como conductor.

Calificaciones preferidas:

  • Experiencia previa en la industria de servicios de salud o en funciones de transporte relacionadas.
  • Certificaciones adicionales relacionadas con la seguridad vehicular o el manejo de materiales peligrosos.

  • Operar el vehículo de acuerdo con las Normas de la Empresa, los requisitos de OSHA, las regulaciones del DOT y todas las leyes aplicables.
  • Realizar inspecciones del vehículo asignado antes y después de cada viaje, documentar las revisiones y notificar al Supervisor sobre cualquier problema.
  • Reportar de inmediato al Supervisor cualquier situación insegura, interrupción del servicio, incidente o daño a la propiedad.
  • Demostrar y promover un compromiso del 100% con brindar la mejor experiencia posible a nuestros miembros.
