Retail Manager--Cherries and Chocolate!

Do you value local, quality products?We are seeking a positive and outgoing cherry and chocolate loving individual for a fast-paced Retail Manager position at Chukar Cherries in the Main Arcade of Pike Place Market. The ideal person for this position will use their expert team leading experience to guide the sales team to success, including but not limited to sales, payroll, schedule-making, hiring, and training. Sales is a key priority for this role therefore sales experience is a major plus for applicants. This position allows for creative sales techniques, team building opportunities, and the opportunity to hone in on a multitude of attributes for future success.

We are charged with cultivating a lifelong relationship between Chukar Cherries and our customers. The Retail Manager will entertain, educate, and deliver countless samples to customers while performing the technical duties of opening/closing the store and maintaining an accurate till, all in addition to behind the scenes duties such as inventory, ordering, and unloading freight. Whether working on the sales counter or coaching employees, a new Manager will be trained to master selling techniques, meet sales goals, and perform all tasks that enable our team to thrive.
