Their responsibilities typically include greeting patients, scheduling appointments, managing records, preparing treatment rooms, and sometimes assisting with basic patient care under supervision. They play an important role in ensuring the clinic runs smoothly and patients have a positive experience. In some states or clinics, they may also assist with therapeutic modalities or exercises as directed by the chiropractor.
