What is a chiro assistant?

Chiro Assistants, also known as Chiropractic Assistants, are support professionals who help chiropractors with daily administrative and clinical tasks in a chiropractic office. We're looking for someone who understands that exceptional patient care begins at the front desk. Someone who enjoys helping people, stays calm under pressure, communicates with confidence, and takes pride in creating an organized, welcoming environment.

If you're looking for a career where your work genuinely matters—and where you'll be part of building the future of a growing healthcare organization—we'd love to meet you.

About Dilanchian Chiropractic (HD Chiro)

For years, Dilanchian Chiropractic Corporation has provided patient-centered chiropractic care focused on helping individuals recover from injury, reduce pain, and return to the activities they love.

As we continue to grow, we're entering an exciting new chapter as HD Chiro, expanding our services, investing in new technology, and building a modern healthcare experience while staying true to the reputation we've earned.

We believe outstanding patient care starts with outstanding people. Every member of our team plays an important role in creating an experience built on compassion, professionalism, and excellence.

About the Role

As our Medical Front Desk Coordinator, you'll become the operational center of the practice.

You'll greet patients, coordinate appointments, answer phones, communicate with attorneys, insurance companies, and referral partners, manage patient documentation, and help ensure the clinic operates efficiently every day.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and keeping everything organized while contributing to a team that truly supports one another.

What You'll Do
  • Welcome every patient with professionalism, warmth, and exceptional customer service
  • Answer incoming phone calls and respond to patient questions
  • Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments
  • Register new patients and accurately enter demographic, insurance, and accident information
  • Verify insurance benefits and maintain accurate patient records
  • Collect patient payments and maintain proper documentation

  • Support providers and clinical staff with administrative needs throughout the day
  • Help create an outstanding experience for every patient from check-in through check-out

Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a chiropractic, medical, physical therapy, or outpatient healthcare office
  • Experience with personal injury or motor vehicle accident cases
  • Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) software
  • Bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred
  • Experience verifying insurance benefits and scheduling patients

If you're passionate about helping people and providing exceptional customer service, we'd love to hear from you—even if you don't meet every preferred qualification.

We're looking for someone who wants to become an essential part of a practice that changes lives every day.

Our patients often arrive following motor vehicle accidents, workplace injuries, or chronic pain conditions. They deserve compassion, professionalism, and confidence from the very first interaction.

As one of the first people they meet, you'll play an important role in building trust and creating an experience that reflects the values of our practice.

At Dilanchian Chiropractic (HD Chiro), we believe great workplaces are built by great people. We invest in our employees, encourage professional growth, and foster a culture built on teamwork, accountability, and respect.
