Job description

Our Community Outreach team member, you will play a crucial role in expanding our reach within the Chinese-speaking community and establishing strong relationships with potential patients, families, and referring healthcare professionals. Your goal is to effectively communicate the unique benefits and services and contribute to our mission of providing exceptional care to our residents.

Responsibilities may include are but not limited to:

  1. Community Outreach: Build and maintain relationships with local Chinese speaking community organizations, senior centers, and referral sources.
  2. Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute marketing strategies tailored to the Chinese-speaking community.
  3. Educational presentations: Conduct presentations to inform potential patients and families and referral sources about our facility’s services.
  4. Networking: Attend relevant events, fairs, and conferences to promote our facility and services.
  5. Track and report, maintain records of marketing activities, leads, and outcomes to assess effectiveness.
  6. Be outgoing, warm and have a genuine care personality.
  7. Demonstrate good listening and communication skills and always present a positive and professional attitude.
  8. Must possess a proven ability and speak in front of a group setting with ease, confidence and clarity
  9. Perform tours for Chinese speaking families/prospects
