The Sourcing and Production Associate Manager will oversee sourcing and production processes to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of high-quality apparel. This role requires strong organizational skills and a focus on building supplier relationships to support operational success. Client Details Our client is a leading apparel licensing organization who pride themselves on long-standing relationships in the industry both nationally and internationally.

Description Manage sourcing and production activities to meet project timelines and budget requirements. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure product quality and compliance with company standards. Monitor and analyze production schedules to optimize efficiency and minimize delays.

Daily communication with factories, vendors and mills. Daily updates of WIP reports. Negotiate contracts and pricing with vendors to achieve cost savings.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with domestic and international suppliers. Profile A successful Sourcing and Production Associate Manager should have: Experience in sourcing and production within the apparel industry. Desirable: bi-lingual in English and Mandarin Chinese.

Strong negotiation and vendor management skills. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
