Bilingual Project Manager

Full-Time | Direct Hire | $77-88K
LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnered with a family-owned landscaping/hardscaping company who is seeking a Bilingual Project Manager to oversee commercial landscaping and hardscaping projects from initial planning through final completion. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with strong construction knowledge and the ability to manage multiple projects, crews, and client relationships in a fast-paced environment. The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while maintaining clear communication across field teams, subcontractors, and clients.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Manage multiple commercial landscaping and hardscaping projects simultaneously from pre-construction through closeout
· Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, equipment, and materials to ensure efficient execution
· Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and budgets
· Conduct regular job site visits to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications
· Communicate project updates, expectations, and timelines with clients and internal stakeholders
· Review construction plans, specifications, and contracts; identify and resolve discrepancies
· Manage change orders, documentation, and project reporting
· Ensure all projects meet safety standards and company quality expectations
QUALIFICATIONS:
· 3-5+ years of project management experience within commercial landscaping, hardscaping, or construction
· Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
· Strong knowledge of landscaping/hardscaping elements (pavers, retaining walls, drainage, irrigation, outdoor living spaces)
· Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
· Proven experience managing budgets, timelines, and multiple projects simultaneously
· Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools
· Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites
Pay Details: $77,000.00 to $88,000.00 per year
