We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to manage and oversee general accounting operations, ensure financial accuracy, and support business growth. This role is ideal for someone who understands both American and Chinese work cultures, is highly organized and analytical, and is passionate about supporting business growth through strong accounting practices.


Key Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for all finance and accounting matters for the U.S. subsidiary, working closely with the China-based headquarters finance team to ensure smooth and accurate financial operations.
  • Provide regular updates to the headquarters on U.S. finance-related laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with the warehouse team and after sales team to support audit activities and reporting.
  • Assist with budgeting, variance analysis, and financial reporting.
  • Maintain fixed asset records and ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
  • Ensure all financial data is recorded accurately and in a timely manner.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance (BA or BS).
  • 1–3+ years of accounting experience preferred.
  • Bilingual in Chinese and English.
  • Strong analytical skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
  • Demonstrate high work ethic, compliance with all applicable laws, and solid knowledge of U.S. tax regulations and policies.
  • Ability to manage financial and accounting data with strict confidentiality.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.

Job Type: Full-time, Onsite

Compensation: From $50,000.00 per year
