Job description

Title:  Chinese/English Bilingual Sales Territory Manager

Job Overview:
Seeking a Chinese/English bilingual Sales Territory Manager to lead a sales team and grow B2B foodservice business across the Houston market. This is a hands-on field sales role focused on developing restaurant accounts, winning new customers, and promoting Japanese and Asian food products.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve revenue and sales goals.
Develop new restaurant, foodservice, distributor, and hospitality accounts.
Build relationships with restaurant owners, chefs, and purchasing contacts.
Conduct customer visits, product presentations, negotiations, and account management.
Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, logistics, and accounting to resolve customer/order issues.
Monitor sales performance, forecasts, inventory, and collections.
Travel throughout the Houston area and attend occasional customer/company events.

Requirements:
Business-level Chinese and English required.

B2B sales experience in foodservice, restaurant supply, food distribution, wholesale, or hospitality.
Sales team leadership/coaching experience.
Proven success in revenue growth, account development, or quota achievement.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Strong communication, negotiation, customer service, and organizational skills.

Preferred: Asian food distribution experience, knowledge of Japanese/Asian products, and experience selling to Vietnamese, Chinese, Japanese, or Korean restaurants.
