Independently developing US clients with the help of the US team leader through LinkedIn, trade shows, and other channels while collaborating with the China sales team for technical and pricing support.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical sales background in transformers (energy, construction, or industrial sectors), excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to bridge communication between US clients and China-based sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Independently prospect and engage US clients via LinkedIn, trade shows, and direct outreach.
  • Qualify leads, understand customer needs, and coordinate with the China sales team for technical and pricing support.
. Sales Coordination & Deal Facilitation
  • Act as a key liaison for the China sales team, ensuring smooth communication (calls, emails, meetings, or on-site visits) to accelerate deal closures.
  • Address client concerns, negotiate terms, and provide timely follow-ups to secure orders.

3. Client Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with US clients, ensuring long-term satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Provide post-sales support and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues.

4. Market & Competitive Analysis
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
  • Report insights to management to guide product and pricing adjustments.

5. Technical & Collaborative Sales Support
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of transformer products, specifications, and applications.
  • Work closely with the China sales team to align engineering and production specs with clients requirements.

6. Sales Reporting & Documentation
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales pipelines, and deal statuses.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.

Qualifications & Skills:
  • Diplomas in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in B2B sales, client acquisition, and account management.
  • Strong technical aptitude to understand and discuss product specifications.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills (English fluency required; Spanish or Mandarin is a plus but not a must).
  • Ability to travel domestically (trade shows, client visits) and internationally (China coordination trips occasionally as needed).
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Microsoft Office.
