Job Description

Manage and analyse the requirements into solutions without impacting any existing implementations. Market risk Reporting/Datamart configuration, development, support, and troubleshooting. Interfaces development with upstream and downstream syste,s Analyse the business processes and propose the changes / solutions. To work in Murex Simulations, Value at Risk (VaR), Market Risk Aggregator (MRA),Murex Limits Controller (MLC) and other Modules. Python scripting, End of Day (EOD) processing (using Control M) and optimization of scripts, Java. Build a strong relationship and manage expectations with users and stake holders. To contribute ideas on technical solution for the business requirements.

Job Requirement
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in the banking or financial services industry, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing projects and teams.
  • Strong understanding of financial products, services, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in relevant financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
