Description:

We take pride in keeping homes safe, warm, and beautiful all year long. From chimney cleanings and inspections to full fireplace rebuilds, weโ€™re known for quality craftsmanship, honesty, and exceptional service. Now, weโ€™re looking for a motivated and outgoing Chimney Sweep Sales Representative to join our growing team!

About the Role:

If youโ€™re driven, personable, and love helping people, this is the perfect opportunity. Youโ€™ll meet with homeowners, inspect fireplaces and chimneys, and offer professional recommendations and solutions. Every day is different โ€” youโ€™ll be out in the field, building relationships, educating customers, and closing sales that make homes safer and families happier.

What Youโ€™ll Do:

  • Meet with customers to assess their chimney or fireplace needs.
  • Provide expert recommendations and estimates for cleanings, repairs, and installations.
  • Communicate inspection results clearly and confidently.
  • Follow up with leads and close sales with integrity and enthusiasm!
  • Work closely with our service and installation teams to ensure great customer experiences.
Requirements:

What Weโ€™re Looking For:

  • A natural communicator with a friendly, professional demeanor
  • Sales or customer service experience (home improvement or trades a plus!)
  • Comfortable with heights and hands-on learning
  • Organized, self-motivated, and goal driven.
  • Valid driverโ€™s license and reliable transportation

What We Offer:

  • Competitive base pay + generous commission structure --
  • This position includes a guaranteed salary during the 90-day training period, followed by a competitive commission-based pay structure with weekly draw support. Team members earn 10% commission on sales up to $100,000 and 12% commission on sales of $125,000 or more, with uncapped earning potential. Additional quarterly performance bonuses are available based on sales production.
  • Year-round work โ€“ no seasonal layoffs
  • Comprehensive training and safety certification
  • Opportunities for career advancement in a growing company
  • Supportive, team-oriented environment where your hard work is recognized.

If youโ€™re ready to take your sales career to new heights โ€” literally โ€” we want to hear from you!
