Company Overview:
Join our Team! The Big Chill 30A is a family friendly entertainment complex located on historic 30A, nestled between Alys Beach and Seaside. Our venue hosts 5 restaurants, 3 bars, retail shops, an arcade, an amphitheater for live music and a 25’ LED Jumbotron for sports and movies. We are open year-round, from 7am to 10pm. 
 
We are now hiring for the fall season! Our restaurant concepts include Nectar, Local Smoke BBQ, Duos, Mile Marker 15 and Tacklebox, all with unique menu offerings. We have both Full Time and Part Time positions available and offer flexible scheduling for students/seasonal employees. 
Job Summary
The Guest Experience Specialist is the face of The Big Chill, providing exceptional service to ensure every guest feels welcomed, valued, and cared for throughout their visit. This role focuses on creating memorable experiences by addressing guest needs, resolving issues promptly, and going above and beyond to exceed expectations. Our Guest Experience Specialist embodies our CARES culture and is critical to the success of our property.

Act 
  • Exceed the guest expectations by offering additional assistance, guidance & service throughout the guest's visit. 
  • Maintain service areas ensuring the outlet is prepared before, during and after the shift 
  • Uphold proper safety and sanitation standards 
  • Basic bussing and cleaning duties as required 
  • Contribute to the maintenance of all areas of the property
