BayCare is currently in search of our newest RN Hospital Clinic - Pediatric Oncology, who is passionate about providing outstanding customer service to our community. Status: Full Time

  • Shift Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (May Vary)

  • Shift Days: Monday - Friday

  • Location: Tampa, FL - St. Joseph's Children

Responsibilities:

  • Supports the Pediatric Oncology health care team.

  • Independently cares for a group of patients consistently using the nursing process and clinical standards and protocols, delegates appropriate patient care activities to other members of the health care team

  • Will oversee tumor patients and patients in our cancer predisposition clinic

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Required: Associates in Nursing

  • Preferred: Bachelor's in nursing

  • Required: RN (Registered Nurse) License - Florida Dept of Health

  • Required: 1 year of RN experience

  • Required: BLS (Basic Life Support)

  • Required: PALS (Pediatric)

  • Preferred: Oncology experience

  • Preferred: CPHON (Pediatric Hematology Oncology) or OCN (Oncology)
